YummyBites
Effective Date: August 20, 2026
This policy explains how to cancel a YummyBites subscription and when you can get your money back. It forms part of our Terms & Conditions and applies to everything sold by Mimi Studio d.o.o., Trubarjeva cesta 79, 1000 Ljubljana, Slovenia.
You can cancel at any time, and you do not need a reason.
Cancellation takes effect at the end of the billing period you have already paid for, and you keep full access until then. Cancelling stops future renewals — on its own it is not a refund request. If you also want money back, see section 3.
If you cancel before your free trial ends, you are never charged and there is nothing to refund. If you do not cancel, the trial converts to a paid subscription at the price shown when you signed up, and the refund rules below apply to that first charge like any other.
Apple is the seller for App Store purchases, so Apple — not us — handles those refunds, under Apple's own policy. Request one at reportaproblem.apple.com or through your purchase history in the App Store. We have no ability to issue, speed up, or overturn an Apple refund decision. If Apple declines and you think the outcome is wrong, write to us anyway and we will see what we can do.
For subscriptions bought directly from us on the web, you can request a refund within 3 days of the charge — that applies to your first payment and to each renewal payment alike.
If you live in the European Union, the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, you have 14 days instead of 3. This is your statutory right of withdrawal, it runs from the date of the charge, and you do not need to give a reason. If you used the subscription during that period, we may deduct a proportionate amount for the time you had access.
Email [email protected] from the address you used at purchase, and tell us roughly when you bought. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method, normally within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer. Your access ends when the refund is issued.
Digital downloads are non-refundable. They are delivered immediately upon purchase, and the whole product is in your hands the moment you download it.
At checkout you expressly consent to that immediate delivery and acknowledge that you thereby lose your statutory right of withdrawal (Article 135 of the Slovenian Consumer Protection Act, ZVPot-1). For this reason there is no refund window on digital downloads — they are final at the point of purchase.
This applies in the EU, EEA and UK as well. The 14-day withdrawal period in section 3.2 covers subscriptions; it does not survive your consent to immediate delivery of a download.
The 3-day window is about changing your mind. It does not apply when something went wrong on our side. Write to us regardless of how much time has passed if you were charged twice, charged after you had already cancelled, charged an amount you never agreed to, or could not use what you paid for because of a fault we are responsible for. We will put it right.
Nothing in this policy limits any right you have under mandatory consumer law in your country of residence, and where that law gives you a longer or broader right than this policy does, that law applies.
Please contact us before disputing a charge with your bank. A chargeback typically takes weeks to resolve and locks the account while it runs, whereas we can usually settle the same problem by email within a day or two.
